One of the most stressful moments of our project was when our architectural designer miscalculated the height of our house, leaving us with a substantial problem. The discrepancy, a full meter in height, meant that we had to lower an entire floor to accommodate the loft conversion we had envisioned. At one point, we could stand in our kitchen and see the stars! 20twenty helped us navigate this difficult situation with skill and grace, turning what could have been a disaster into an opportunity for creative problem-solving.
