Wellsway, Bath

The Brief

This was an internal remodel of the ground floor of this lovely house on Wellsway. We were asked to update the floor of the building and reconfigure the layout to provide two bedrooms and a shower room, update hallway and cloakroom, and repair and replace many of the sash windows. This also included installing a new incoming gas supply, new boiler, new pipework and new radiators throughout the floor.

The Project

This small project was run simultaneously with another main project round the corner and largely went without a hitch, allowing for delays caused directly or indirectly by Covid-19 lockdowns.

We helped walk the clients through the process from start to finish and they in turn made a series of great choices on finishes to create a lovely and sensitive finish.

We worked with the clients’ preferred and existing electrician (somethings are always happy to do as long as they have the necessary certification and meet our high expectations and standards.) The clients took on the decorating themselves to further save costs
