The Brief
This property had largely been well maintained having been part home and part B&B so this was more of a cosmetic brief to help renovate this large Victorian residential property.
We were asked to open and close doorways; repair, restore and finish the antique pine flooring throughout; fully decorate the house, remodel a shower-room, update the garage and carry out the carpentry second fix throughout where required.
The Project
This project went largely as anticipated & both on schedule & budget…where the only increases in both were down to being asked to do ever increasingly more works…!! Again, we were very lucky with these clients & are very happy with the results.
