The Brief

Extensive remodelling and renovation of a beautiful detached Victorian townhouse with extensive gardens.

The Project

The remodelling involved opening up much of the ground floor requiring 25+ steels and installing patio folding doors.

This project was carried out throughout all three national lockdowns, being compliant with all government protocols, restrictions etc, which threw up a myriad of direct and indirect issues to overcome, relating to both personnel and material availability and all of which have largely been absorbed into the original budget and timeframe.
