We are a small construction company based in Bath and Bristol with over 100 years of local building knowledge and experience (between the senior team members) specialising in residential renovation, new build, period restoration and development.

Build Services
We are able to offer a flexible build service, from standard contract to full-build (with our partners) allowing us to assist our clients as much or as little as they require from conception to completion. We offer clients industry standard JCT contracts and are comprehensively insured for added protection & security.

With careful planning and by not over-stretching our resources, we are able to give a focused, professional and personal service.

Clarity
Clear communication is key to how we work. Each project is allocated a single point of contact who is available to discuss any aspect of the project (whether new ideas, changes or concerns) from start to finish. We have found that most problems in our profession stem from poor or ineffective communication and so we seek to prioritise this at all times.
Transparency
We are both extremely diligent and transparent when researching, costing and setting up a new project. Too many clients tell us how they previously suffered the fate of going with a low quote with little or no detail, only to end up paying twice the price through easily foreseeable additional works.
This is a common source of friction in our business and one we try to minimise as far as is possible from the outset. This is done by bringing both our own experience and our partners expertise to help break down the project from the outset and foresee potential issues and costs before they arise.
Environment
We are both ethically and environmentally aware, sourcing and utilising local skilled tradespeople and repurposing and re-using building materials – wherever possible. We keep our carbon footprint to a minimum and are constantly updating our knowledge base on new materials and innovations.

We are also directly involved with supporting important local, national and international social issues outside of work. We are currently involved with supporting Mentoring Plus (Bath), Cancer Research UK and directly support and run a private NGO specialising in housing refugees.
